  • The product must not be altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the name of the product, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our customer care team will initiate the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  4. Pack the product in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories, and affix the RAN on the package.

  5. Drop off the package at the nearest courier partner location. We will cover the shipping costs for returns only if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect the product to ensure that it meets our eligibility criteria. If the product meets our criteria, we will initiate the refund process.

The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product, and the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Note: The refund amount will not include any shipping charges or COD charges paid at the time of purchase.

In case the returned product does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will notify you and arrange to ship the product back to you. The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer in this case.
